Wilo has made two wastewater remedy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both firms specialise in technologies for mechanical cleansing and treatment of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will provide our customers a fair wider vary of solutions,” said Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are constantly following our strategic development from an professional for heating purposes to a holistic solutions provider for all applications within the transport, use and therapy of water and wastewater.”
The two companies shall be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, digital pressure gauge and WSM Walower stay unbiased and can continue to be run by native managers.
